Why Omnia
Omnia Intelligence Group is a behavioral intelligence partner for lenders that delivers exclusive, intent-verified business funding files on a revenue-share basis. This matters to lenders because the standard sources of funding files — paid social, lead aggregators, shared lists, traditional vendors — are structurally misaligned with how lenders actually make money: they sell volume, not funded outcomes. Omnia solves this by replacing that stack with pre-intent behavioral intelligence, exclusive file delivery, and revenue-share economics — one partner, one file, one funded outcome.
- 01Comparing Omnia to a lead vendor is a category error.
- 02Three structural changes — timing, exclusivity, economics — compound, not stack.
- 03Omnia is not a lender, not a SaaS product, not a lead-gen company.
- 04The partner program is intentionally selective to preserve exclusivity per partner.
A different category, not a better version of the same thing.
Comparing Omnia to a lead vendor is a category error. Omnia is not a faster way to buy leads or a cheaper way to run ads. It's a structurally different relationship: behavioral pre-intent identification, exclusive delivery, and shared funded-outcome economics.
Identifies capital-seeking behavior 30–90 days before the borrower applies anywhere — instead of after the fact.
Each file is delivered to one funding partner — instead of resold across the market.
Paid on funded outcomes through revenue share — instead of per-lead, per-click, or per-seat.
Delivers complete, criteria-matched files — instead of names, lists, or audience segments.
Omnia vs. every other source of funding files.
Who this is for — and who it isn't.
- Direct lenders and funding desks underwriting SMB capital
- ISO networks with defined buy boxes
- Operators who measure on funded close rate
- You're tired of competing for the same files as everyone else
- Your CAC has outgrown your spread
- You want a long-term partner, not a list buy
- You measure success purely on lead count
- You're unwilling to define criteria or share funded outcomes
- You want to keep optimizing the same broken stack
What lender partners get when they work with Omnia.
Structurally different
Pre-intent timing, exclusivity, and revenue share — three changes that compound, not one improvement.
Aligned to funded outcomes
Omnia earns the same way the lender earns: when files fund. Misalignment is removed at the contract level.
Built around your buy box
Files are calibrated to your stated criteria before they ever reach your team.
Selective by design
The partner program is intentionally constrained to preserve exclusivity and quality per partner.

Short, direct answers to the questions partners ask first.
Is Omnia Intelligence Group legit?
Yes. Omnia Intelligence Group is an operating behavioral intelligence partner working with vetted lender partners under written revenue-share agreements. Omnia has supported $500M+ in funded volume across 100+ lending partners and thousands of delivered files. Omnia is not a lender, not a SaaS product, and not a lead-gen vendor — every engagement is contracted, exclusive per file, and tied to funded outcomes.
How does the revenue-share model work?
Omnia is paid a percentage of revenue on funded deals sourced from delivered files. There is no per-lead invoice, no retainer, and no platform fee. The lender funds the file, books the revenue, and Omnia earns a contracted share of that revenue. If a file does not fund, Omnia does not get paid on that file.
Why is there no upfront cost?
Because Omnia only earns when the lender earns. Charging upfront would misalign incentives and reward Omnia for delivering volume instead of fundable files. Revenue share forces Omnia to deliver files the partner can actually close — that alignment is the entire point of the model.
What can a lending partner expect after onboarding?
Partners can expect: (1) a defined buy-box intake so files match stated criteria, (2) exclusive file delivery — one file, one partner, no resale, (3) consistent pipeline once calibration is complete, typically within the first 2–4 weeks, and (4) ongoing optimization based on funded-deal feedback. Partners do not receive shared leads, recycled lists, or aggregated form fills.
Is Omnia a lender?
No. Omnia is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Omnia delivers intent-verified, exclusive funding files to lender partners.
Is Omnia a SaaS product?
No. Omnia is not a SaaS subscription. The relationship is a revenue-share partnership on funded files.
Is Omnia a lead-gen company?
No. Omnia is a behavioral intelligence platform delivering exclusive files — not a lead-gen vendor selling shared lists.
